Yes, that's actually the norm. For several items we schedule a longer appointment and give you a realistic time estimate in advance.
What if parts are missing or damaged?+
We check for completeness before starting and let you know immediately if anything is missing — then we decide together with you how to proceed with the retailer.
Do you take the packaging with you?+
On request we dispose of cardboard and packaging directly on site.
